Srinagarind Dam also known as “Srinakarin Dam” is an embankment dam on the River Kwai located at Si Sawat, Kanchanaburi Province. The dam is built to serve as a water supply for agriculture and fishery as well as hydroelectric power generation. It also became a tank of water floods during rainy season.

The Srinagarind Dam is a 140 meters tall and 610 meters long embankment dam. It can hold a tank with a capacity of 17,745 million cubic meters.

Visitors usually take a cruise around the dam’s lake to see the beautiful sceneries. Accommodations near the dam are available for those who want to stay overnight.
